Physical Training workout in the Pool

The Joel Freeland Academy changed scenario, off the wood floor, performing a Pool workout at the facilities of the historic Metropole Swimming Club in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Under the direction of Pedro Perez, director of activities of the Metropole Swimming Club and with the supervision of Sergio Jimenez, Athletic Trainer of the JFA, the Student Athletes enjoyed a hard training session in the water under a sensational weather.
